SHORT CERTIFICATE COURSES/SPECIAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES
Short courses are specifically developed to bridge the knowledge gap in industries, institutions, research centres, ministries and parastatal and for an overall capacity development.
FUPRE CSD, comprises well trained experts who have hands-on experience in sustainable applications as it concerns any field of endeavor. They have undertaken different trainings in energy, safety, educational development, community development, water purification, sustainable means of livelihood and so on. Their consulting experience and up-to-date knowledge about the statutes, regulations, standards will provide an in-depth technical knowledge to the participants. In addition, FUPRE-CSD also conducts customized trainings as may be required by the client for different companies such as ministries, hotels, hospitals, processing plants, water purification plants, laboratories, refineries, petrochemical industries, engineering companies, processing and manufacturing industries, power plants, schools, waste management companies as well as government regulatory agencies, amongst others. These trainings may be conducted in the university campus, partner institutions, fields or designated venues as would be requested by the client.

Training materials shall be made available to all participants both in soft and hard copies. Tea and Lunch shall be served to participants; assessment shall be conducted at the end of the training and certificates shall be given to deserving students.
